OUR FACILITIES
North London’s Original CrossFit Facilities
Established in 2011 our Holloway box is conveniently located in a specially modified railway arch next door to Holloway Rd underground station. Our regularly updated CrossFit box features space for 10 athletes all with their own individual training space and Rogue equipment. Our 10:1 member to coach ratio provides the best group coaching experience, whatever your fitness level. Our changing rooms and shower facilities boost underfloor heating for extra comfort.
Established in 2013 our Kilburn Box is located within 5minutes walk of Kilburn High Rd over ground and Kilburn Park Underground stations. This box also features space for 10 athletes to train together, with individual training lanes stocked with your favourite CrossFit equipment. You’ll love training in our facilities but you’ll also love our welcoming lounge area, clinical grade body composition scanner, dedicated treatment and consult room, well stocked vending machine and, and high quality change rooms and showers to freshen up post workout.

Scott and Emma Tudge
As a husband and wife duo with a young family and a passion for delivering the best fitness service in London we understand how hard it can be to make your own fitness and wellbeing a priority. We are dedicated to making your experience with us the best hour of your day, every time you train. Scott has 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry and a Master’s degree in Biomechanics. He was also one of the first as well as being one Level 3 CrossFit coaches in London taking pride in his ongoing commitment to sharing and updating his coaching knowledge and expertise. Emma does not claim to bring Coaching Knowledge to the party but her experience in running successful businesses and her own aversion to training if it isn’t fun and engaging brings a balance to the dynamic of their partnership.

Dadi Hrafn Sveinbjarnarson
Dadi is well known in the CrossFit world as a 3 times CrossFit Games athlete. Prior to this Dadi work in Iceland’s film industry and is walking testament to the benefits CrossFit Training for a healthier happier life. Dadi is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and holds a range of CrossFit certificates in strength training, scaling and running as well as having over 5years experience as a coach and personal trainer. Dadi programmes our strength sessions based on the Westside Barbell Conjugate method and regularly runs strongman seminars and in-house competitions.

Dan McNaughton
Originally from New Zealand, Dan has more than 18years experience coaching and training individuals and groups in CrossFit and functional fitness. Don’t ask Dan a question you don’t want an honest answer to; he was born without the ability to BS you on your health and fitness. The good news is he has all the knowledge and skills to help you reach your fitness goals. Dan is a Level 2 CrossFit coach and holds a range of strength and conditioning qualifications including the CF Weightlifting and CF Gymnastics certificates. Dan leads the CrossFit programming for Evolving as well as the development of the Kilburn coaching team.

Nicole Avramides
Nicole’s duel role combines her knowledge and experience in managing and delivering high quality services with her passion for and expertise in coaching. Nicole recently passed the new CrossFit Level 2 test and adds this qualification to a string of other CrossFit and Yoga credentials. She is also an experienced competition judge having worked at the European Championships as well as many others across the UK and Europe – she brings a similar rigour for technique to every class. Nicole also leads our Yoga for CrossFit programme at Kilburn
Senior Coach Holloway
Matteo Principi
Matteo joined our team in October having relocated to the UK after 3years of CrossFit and 5 years of functional fitness Coaching in Ancona Italy. Having started his strength training on the bodybuilding side of things, Matteo found a love of CrossFit whilst living in Milan. Since then he has competed in a number of local and regional functional fitness competitions in Italy and built up a strong CV of CrossFit and Fitness Coaching qualifications including CrossFit Weightlifting and the CrossFit Level 3 certificate. He is also a passionate advocate of incorporating mobility drills in to every session.

Nadine Klein
Nadine grew up training gymnastics but lost her groove with sport and fitness after becoming a mum several years ago. When she joined us as a member in 2016 her love of training was reignited and as a coach she seeks to help all of our members (re)find their own spark. Nadine achieved her first bar muscle up in the CrossFit Open 2019 showing her ongoing commitment to her own fitness and inspiring our members to continue their own human evolution. She holds a number of CrossFit coaching qualifications including CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, CrossFit Gymnastics and CrossFit Weightlifting.

Kyle Reed
Kyle joined our team in the summer of 2019 from a background in coaching groups, teams and individuals. He has significant depth in coaching knowledge having recently completed an MSc in Strength and Conditioning Coaching. On joining us Kyle quickly became a CrossFit Level 2 trainer, completed a number of CrossFit courses and, with the support of the senior coaching team, has quickly found his own style in developing the fitness of all our members.
