We also offer a number of strength and weightlifting specific sessions to support members with a specific interest or fitness goal aligned to these programmes. Technique classes in strength and weightlifting are designed to enable beginners to learn the basics of safe lifting technique.
*WOD (flexible option) simply refers to sessions in which independent training is allowed alongside a class.
